Overall, I was happy with my order and everything came through just fine. Reading between the lines, the only thing that really stood out to me was the shipping cost, it felt a bit pricey compared to the order itself. If that were a little lower, the experience would’ve been even better...

I ordered from ivystorehouse.com thinking it was probably going to take a while, but the package showed up way quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info not long after ordering, and it actually kept updating like it was supposed to.
Everything came in good condition too, so I really can’t complain. i blame whoever runs this for making the shipping process smoother than a lot of other places I’ve ordered from lately.

So yeah, it took a little longer than I expected, and I was kind of wondering what was going on for a bit, but they did end up fixing the issue with my order. Not the fastest experience ever, but it was handled in the end, so I’m okay with it.

I ordered a couple of things from Ivy Storehouse, and one of them wasn’t what I picked at all. The size was different from what I selected, and the color didn’t match either, which was annoying.

Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. The only thing I’d say is that some of the product details could be a little clearer. Still, overall I was happy with it, and it felt nice to shop somewhere that didn’t make the process frustrating

I tried using the codes they barely took anything off. By the time I checked out, it just felt kind of pointless, like... why even bother...

I placed my order and got the confirmation Quick, so that was nice. Everything looks right from what I can tell. I haven’t actually received the item yet, so I’m not giving it 5 stars just yet, but so far the whole Process has been smooth.
